I have an older cat with health problems, and her weight has fluctuated. This is a reasonably priced scale that works great. My friend even weighed her baby on it!

This scale offers several different ways to measure your baby's weight (metric, english - weight in decimals and lbs/oz). It also offers a music button that is downright scary! It's loud and obnoxious, I can not imagine this music being soothing and have acutally asked my husband to try to disconnect it for fear of accidentally pressing it.

If the music is activated, you must turn off the whole scale and start the weighing process over again (if you didn't catch your baby's weight while the music was playing).

Aside from the music, the scale is very light weight, low profile and easy to use. NOTE: Always point your baby in the same direction as different measurements will be given if you change the baby's body position.
