I finally recieved the second one shipped today. I hope it is better than the first scale, which had to constantly be re-zeroed. Have not had the second one long enough to tell if it will be okay, but was promised by the CWI people that it was factory set.
They have responded promptly to my earlier concerns and we will see if this works!
